BIPP Training Course – Wedding

The course is primarily for photographers aiming for their Licentiateship qualification. Delegates vary from those who have just turned professional or are in the stages of doing so, some who may not yet have photographed a wedding, through to qualified members in other fields wishing to take up wedding photography. It is also suitable for existing wedding photographers wanting to brush up on their skills and latest techniques. Ray will run through a typical wedding showing the special techniques needed at each stage including the posing of the Bride and Groom, groups and the correct use of flash and lighting.
Time will be spent during the afternoon on location, subject to the weather. There will also be a discussion on presenting your work and the services you offer. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask the tutor questions throughout the day.

BIPP Training Course – Portraiture

The course is primarily for photographers aiming for their Licentiateship qualification. The course covers many aspects of portraiture including lighting and posing both in the studio and on location. Delegates are encouraged to join in and become a part of the portraiture process, which will give a good insight into this aspect of Portrait photography.
Computer workflow and techniques will be demonstrated, which will help to show that the most important aspect of portraiture is the picture taking, and that it is not necessary to spend hours in front of a viewing screen. The course is structured around those attending and it is hoped that the Llewellyn will be able to help you with all of your individual questions.
Weather permitting it is hoped to go out on location.
